Step 2: Welcome and a short conversation
At the start of every visit, the therapist asks about tension, wellbeing and expectations. Based on this conversation, the massage type, pressure and treatment areas are tailored to your needs.

Step 3: The massage treatment
The treatment lasts 45, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the service: full-body classic massage, relaxing massage, back and spine massage or neck and shoulder therapy (prices: 100–210 PLN). The room is quiet and private.

Step 4: After the treatment
After the massage, you have time to leave the relaxed state calmly — without hurry. The studio does not call in another client during your visit.

The studio has a comfortable massage table, fresh linens and towels — you do not need to bring anything. The lighting is soft and the music is quiet. Before every treatment, we discuss your current wellbeing and needs.
